  • Absolutely. While licensed beauty professionals are welcome, you don’t need a license to host The Finishing Bar™️ experience. We believe hosting is as much about hospitality and creating an elevated environment as it is about hair care. If you’re passionate about people and can follow our proven method, we’ll give you the training and tools to deliver a flawless Crown + Glow experience — no prior beauty background required.

  • We make it simple.

    As a Host, you’ll receive guidance on the exact setup for a luxury guest experience — including the RevAir device, styling tools, and branded touches that make The Finishing Bar™️ unforgettable. If you already have a salon, spa, gym, or home beauty space, you may already have much of what’s needed. If you’re starting fresh, we’ll connect you with everything required to create a polished, professional setup.

  • Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a private invitation to your Host Welcome Call. From there, you’ll complete our Host Training Program — a step-by-step experience that teaches the Crown + Glow technique, our luxury service flow, and how to prepare your space for guests. We’ll make sure you feel confident and ready before you host your first booking.

  • Hosting with The Finishing Bar™️ is designed to be both flexible and rewarding. As an independent contractor, you set your schedule and earn per booking — with clear rates for each type of service you offer (self-serve, assisted, VIP). Payments are issued directly to you via your preferred method, and there are opportunities to increase your earnings through premium upgrades and repeat clients. You’re in control, and we’re here to help you maximize your potential.
