These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Finishing Bar™ website, services, and memberships (collectively, the “Services”). By using our website or purchasing any service or membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS
“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” means The Finishing Bar™️ LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.
“Host” means an independent contractor who provides services through The Finishing Bar network.
“Founding Membership” means a one-time paid membership offered during our introductory period.
“Service Membership” means an ongoing subscription plan that continues until canceled by the Member.
“Member” means a person who has purchased any membership type.
2. WEBSITE USE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the website.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our permission.
3. HOST SERVICES
3.1 Independent Contractors – All Hosts are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of The Finishing Bar.
3.2 Responsibility – Each Host is solely responsible for their own professional licensing, certifications, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
3.3 No Warranty on Host Performance – We do not guarantee the quality, timing, or legality of services provided by any Host. Any concerns about a Host’s service should be directed to the Host directly.
4. MEMBERSHIPS
4.1 Founding Membership – This is a one-time paid membership. Founding Memberships do not renew automatically and are non-refundable.
4.2 Service Memberships – Service Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled by the Member. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
4.3 No Refunds – All fees paid are non-refundable, including unused or partially used memberships.
4.4 Transferability – Memberships are non-transferable and may be used only by the person named on the account.
5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Our services are currently available in the United States. We plan to expand to Canada in the future. Availability of Hosts and services may vary by location.
6. PAYMENTS & BILLING
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed via our secure payment provider. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card or payment method for all applicable fees.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, and content on our website are the property of The Finishing Bar or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Finishing Bar is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or interactions with Hosts.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Finishing Bar™️, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
